Dylan Thomas

This isn’t a ‘what I did on my holidays’ posting. I simply feel I must give a mention to the fabulous restoration of 5 Cwmdonkin Drive, the house where Dylan Thomas was born. I was in Swansea last week and spent a morning in the generous and fascinating company of Anne Haden who gave me a tour of the house. It was an experience I’ll never forget.

If you’d like to do the same (and, believe me, you should!) then check out www.5cwmdonkindrive.com and think about visiting the birthplace of (let’s forget about ‘arguably’) one of the 20th Century’s greatest poets.
